Exhibitor services at Palexpo may be lower, while other services may be slightly higher. However, there are other factors, such as lower VAT, better equipment quality and service, a wider selection of options and a 20% discounted early bookers' rate for many of these services, to help manage your budget.
Also, for those exhibitors that build their own stands, you are free to continue using your chosen designer and builder, and they will most probably be familiar with Palexpo as a venue, and the local build rules and regulations. Please contact us if you wish to engage your stand builder planning early, and we can put you in contact with the right people.

We have secured similar-sized room allocations to those used in Madrid. Once you have booked your space, you will have priority access to the accommodation booking service, which is now available.
Geneva is home to many global organisations, associations, and NGOs, including the United Nations and the World Health Organisation. It therefore enjoys good international air connections, including low-cost and other medium and long-haul carriers. The city also benefits from excellent rail connections to major European cities, including a frequent and high-speed airport-to-airport connection with Zürich international airport.
If you choose to stay near Palexpo or in the city, you can wave goodbye to taxi and other transport costs. The city’s excellent and extensive public transport system is available free of charge, for the duration of the event, to all attendees staying in Geneva hotels for Airspace World, including frequent train services to the dedicated Geneva Airport/Palexpo station. Buses from many parts of the city also stop at the venue and airport.
We will engage with the entire Air Traffic Management industry and beyond and tailor specific programmes and activities for attendees and exhibitors - from content to events, networking opportunities and other engagement strategies, and we aim to achieve the same, if not higher attendance at Airspace World in 2023 than at World ATM Congress 2022.
